Developing strategy, involving stakeholders

We are working with a Primary Care Trust to develop a new strategy for services provided by GPs, dentists, opticians and pharmacies. As this is the first time such a strategy has been developed, our role is to facilitate stakeholder involvement in shaping the strategy and to provide an outline way forward.

New project: Wheels 2 Work Evaluation
