Gathering staff views

We are supporting Bassetlaw PCT to gather staff views about the future of their community services. A series of three workshops have been held to raise staff awareness of the Department of Health vision for community services and the impact this may have locally. The workshops provide time for staff to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of potential community services organisation form and prepare for a future questionnaire where they will be able to feedback their personal view.
