Facilitating performance improvement

We have seen an increase in the number of requests for facilitation as a part of proactive organisational development and performance improvement models.

Facilitation enables participants to actively participate in  problem solving and fosters an environment where innovative ideas flourish and grow.

For example, We have recently held a session for a team who are part of a large organisation. The CEO felt this team were not performing as well as they should be and wanted to understand the issues and how to move forward. As a result of our facilitation of a half day session, the organisation has a better picture of the issues as perceived by the team, an agreed set of actions to address these and a range of ideas to discuss in more depth which could lead to real change and innovative solutions.
