Wilson Goodchild is a small established business based in Lincolnshire in the East Midlands. We provide a range of management support services to support organisations to make a difference. By working together to explore where you are and where you would like to be, we can develop ideas and solutions to the challenges you face as well as offer practical hands on support. For example, we can help you to increase customer satisfaction, improve team working and staff morale, understand the needs and expectations of customers or potential customers, plan for your future workforce, learn from experience, and adopt a culture which promotes innovation and continuous improvement.

Janette Goodchild

Janette Goodchild manages our clients and services. She will be your primary contact while we are working with you.

Janette formed Wilson Goodchild to enable her to help organisations using the combined skills, knowledge and experience gained working in the NHS and in Connexions. Janette has continued to develop these skills keeping up-to-date through a pro-active approach to continuing professional development.

Janette is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Careers Guidance. Janette has recently become an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Janette has a degree in psychology and postgraduate diplomas in careers guidance and in management.
